A Tale of Love and Adventure: Kinsuk ’s Thailand Honeymoon Review

There’s something magical about hearing the sound of the ocean and knowing it will be a soundtrack to your memories forever.

For Kinsuk and his wife, their honeymoon in Thailand–booked through Thrillophilia – wasn’t just a vacation—it was the beginning of a new chapter, filled with love, laughter, and some unexpected adventures.

After all, what better way to kickstart than by snorkelling in crystal-clear waters, dancing under the setting sun, and sharing the thrill of exploring beautiful landscapes together?

The Dreamy Start

Their journey began in Krabi—a place where, according to Kinsuk, “the sky kisses the sea, and you forget where one ends and the other begins.”

And their stay at the Maneetel Beach Front Resort perfectly complimented the beauty of Krabi. Every morning, the couple would wake up to the sound of waves crashing softly against the shore, the sun rising just over the horizon. “The view from our room was like living in a postcard,” he said, smiling as he recalled their leisurely breakfasts by the beach.

This honeymoon had its fair share of firsts—Kinsuk ’s first time snorkelling being one of them. “I was a little nervous, to be honest,” he confessed. “But then I thought, what’s better than diving into the deep end with my partner by my side?”

And when they finally submerged themselves in the warm, turquoise waters of Koh Yawasam, it was like entering another dimension. “It was so colourful and almost unreal,” Kinsuk said. “The colours, the fish, the coral—it was all so mesmerising. And I’m proud to say I didn’t freak out!”

Island Hopping in Style

Their 7-island trip was a day straight out of a romantic novel. With each island offering its unique charm, Kinsuk and his wife found themselves hopping between the sands of Koh Tup, Koh Poda, and others, swimming, laughing, and simply soaking in the beauty of Thailand’s coastline.

After an exhilarating day of island hopping, a peaceful sunset dinner wrapped their day quite perfectly.

And then, there were these two lovebirds - sitting on the boat, watching the sky go from blue to pink to purple, the water reflecting every colour, and holding hands with the person you just promised forever to.

And if Krabi wasn’t magical enough, the couple’s next stop, Phuket, raised that bar even higher.

Their luxurious stay at Amari Phuket Beach Resort was totally the cherry on top. The room had sweeping views of the Andaman Sea, and they could see boats bobbing in the distance, the sunlight dancing on the water.

“Every night, we’d sit on our balcony, a glass of wine in hand, watching the world slow down with the setting sun. It was peaceful, romantic, and everything we wanted our honeymoon to be,” Kinsuk reminisced.

But Phuket wasn’t just about the views—it was about adventure, too. Their trip to the Phi Phi Islands took them to another level of thrill and excitement. “The speedboat ride was wild!” Kinsuk recalled. “We laughed, we screamed—it was like an amusement park ride, only with the ocean as our playground.”

Whispers of the Sea

Phi Phi was a real-life postcard—picture-perfect beaches, hidden lagoons, and waters so clear you could watch the marine life dance around you.

“There’s something surreal about swimming in waters that are so clear, you can see the fish dance around you. It’s like being part of a dream,” Kinsuk said. His wife, who was a more experienced swimmer, playfully challenged him to a race at Maya Bay, one of the most famous spots in Thailand. “Let’s just say, I didn’t win, but I had the best view of her swimming ahead,” he chuckled.

One of the most touching moments of their trip came unexpectedly. They were on Monkey Beach, watching the playful antics of the monkeys, when Kinsuk  turned to his wife and said, “If we can survive a beach full of cheeky monkeys, we can survive anything, right?” She laughed and nodded.

Love Carved in the Sands of Time

But, it wasn’t just the places that made the trip memorable—it was the people, too. Their local guide, Ms. Pum, became a friend by the end of the journey, sharing stories about Thai culture, pointing out secret spots, and always ensuring they had everything they needed. “She had such warmth and made us feel like we were being taken care of by family,” Kinsuk expressed gratefully.

And then there was Ravi Sharma, their tour operator from Thrillophilia, who made sure everything went off without a hitch.

In Kinsuk ’s words, “Our experience was truly exceptional, thanks to their services and attention to detail. The seamless planning and execution of our itinerary, the stunning accommodations, and the extraordinary experiences we had are a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Thrillophilia to anyone seeking a dream vacation filled with incredible experiences and lasting memories.”

But they weren’t just taking memories of the beaches, sunsets, and adventures. They were taking with them the shared laughter, the moments of quiet bliss, and the deepened connection that comes from exploring the world together.
