Exploring the Wonders of Dubai: Kalpesh’s Family Vacation to Dubai with Thrillophilia

Hello everyone! I am Kalpesh, and I am here to share the amazing experience of my recent Dubai trip with my family.

When planning a trip with family, I focus on two key factors: enjoyable activities and comfortable accommodations. There were seven people with me: my wife, my daughter, and my friend’s family, so I wanted everything well-planned and executed.

While planning our trip, Thrillophilia turned out to be the perfect choice. Its 7-day package to Dubai and Abu Dhabi made everything effortless and seamless. Everything was sorted right from the beginning - commutes, stays, activities and meals.

With everything set, the last task was to pack and gear up for an incredible journey!

On Top of the World

As we all know, one of the most iconic things to do in Dubai is to visit Burj Khalifa and enjoy the city’s view from the top. When we reached Burj Khalifa, I couldn’t take my eyes off it. It felt so unreal that I actually asked my wife to pinch me - just to make sure that I was not dreaming. Burj Khalifa is indeed one of the most magnificent buildings I had ever witnessed in my life.

And the view from the observation deck? It’s absolutely unforgettable!

You get a 360-degree view of Dubai, from the shining skyline to the vast desert stretching out far in the distance. It feels like you are on top of the world.

But, dear readers, Burj Khalifa was not the only iconic thing to see in Dubai. When we made our way to Dubai Frame, we felt like entering the future! It had a very modern and futuristic vibe and it was a unique way to showcase the city’s beauty. The entire experience left us stunned with awe.

An Unforgettable Time in the Desert

Who comes to Dubai and misses out on a fun Desert Safari? Literally, no one!

My wife and I are all about adventures. We were already buzzing with excitement when we set off for the safari on the first day of our trip, right after exploring the famous Gold Souk and Spice Souk markets.

Before jumping on to the safari, let me give you a brief about these beautiful markets- They are really popular open Arabic markets with alleys and streets filled with shops. You will find almost everything here like fine jewellery and a variety of spices, dried fruits, oils, and saffron.

Exploring these markets was fun and we filled our bags with some delicious Dubai dates and other dried fruits. I also gifted my wife a gold jewellery set and she was literally on the seventh cloud.

And then the real adventure began- the Desert Safari!

Let me tell you, it was one of the most exciting days of our entire trip! The adventure kicked off with dune bashing, a thrilling ride over the sand dunes that had our hearts racing. The rush of speeding up and down the dunes, feeling the car tilt and slide, was incredible. But the excitement didn’t end there…

My daughter and my friend’s son couldn’t wait to try sandboarding, and of course, we all joined in. If you’ve never done it before, let me tell you—sandboarding is a wild ride. I fell down more times than I could count, but the laughter and fun of doing a new thing made every fall worth it.

We all took turns, cheering each other on, and it quickly turned into one of the most memorable moments of the trip. The adrenaline was real, but the smiles and shared laughs made it even better.

Overall, the Desert Safari was an unforgettable adventure. It’s one of those experiences that gives you a chance to bond with friends and family while doing something completely unique. In my personal opinion, if you're ever in Dubai, don’t miss out on this incredible experience!

From Fantasy Land to Ferrari World

Our trip was just the perfect combination of activities and sites for kids and adults alike. One of the highlights for the kids was our visit to the Global Village, which felt like stepping into a magical world.

The entire park was so colourful and lively, with every corner full of excitement and surprises. The kids couldn’t contain their excitement as they hopped from one fun ride to the next, and we all indulged in some delicious candy and snacks.

But the highlight of the day was the Fireworks Display at night—it was nothing short of spectacular, lighting up the sky with bursts of colour and light. At one point, my daughter turned to me and said, “Papa, this place is like a dream! Can we stay here forever?” It was indeed a memorable and magical time to spend with the kids.

When talking about a fantasy land, the Miracle Garden in Dubai does not fall short of magic! The mesmerising floral structures, the grand Emirates A380, the scenic walkways, the butterfly garden and the lakeside stroll, were truly splendid.

From this fantasy world to the famous Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, our trip came full circle! The place is so much more than just a place for car enthusiasts, like me and my friend. It has all sorts of thrilling activities for everyone.

As a family, we were all eager to try out the rides, and let me tell you, Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster, did not disappoint at all. I couldn’t stop laughing and screaming all the way, and my wife’s face—well, it was a mix of excitement and fear, but she loved it!

For me and my friend, the best part was exploring the Ferrari factory, where I even got to drive my dream car, a Ferrari (with an instructor, of course). It was a dream come true for any car lover.

To summarise, our trip to Dubai was nothing short of amazing—a perfect blend of adventure, luxury, and family time. And, to be honest, I felt nostalgic for months after our trip ended.
